Order Cancellation

If your order has already shipped, we may still attempt to intercept it; however, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once the package is in transit.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging must be included
• Proof of purchase is required

Returns requested after 30 days may not be eligible for refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

• damaged
• defective
• incorrect

please contact us immediately.

We will either:

• send a replacement, or
• issue a full refund

Teslarati will cover all associated shipping costs for these cases.

Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (for example, change of mind or ordering the wrong item):

• the item must meet return eligibility requirements
• the customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• a 15% restocking fee may apply

This helps cover processing, inspection, and restocking costs.

How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.

3. Ship the Item

Return the product according to the instructions provided.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

• custom or made-to-order products
• gift cards
• items marked as non-returnable
• hazardous materials or flammable items

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

• we will notify you of approval or rejection
• approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
