Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in good, resellable condition — meaning they come back the way they were sent to you.
- Items that are used, damaged, or missing parts may receive a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item(s) after inspection.
- Custom-made and Final Sale items may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
- Email our support team first at support@teslarati.com — we’ll open a return ticket and send you a prepaid return label.
- Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our team inspects it and processes your refund promptly.
Return Shipping Costs
- We provide a prepaid return label for convenience.
- The label cost is simply deducted from your refund — no hidden fees, and we always choose the most affordable carrier rate (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, defective, missing parts), we cover the shipping cost entirely.
Restocking Fees
- Some returns may have a small restocking fee, depending on the product type and condition upon return. This helps cover repackaging and inspection costs when needed.
- If the product comes back in perfect, unused condition, restocking fees are often minimized or waived.
