You sent me product that did not fit my model Y. I requested a return and was informed that I would have to pay $30 shipping on $70 order. Your description on the mobile app did not disclose at the outset that the product would not fit 2023 model Y. It was only if I scrolled further that a notice would warn of this. However, if I simply OKd the order, the next screen would not show the incompatibility notice.
After extensive online back & forth, I was told that your Marketing Department would not pay for the return.
