According to the Tesla Maintenance and service schedule, your cabin filter should be changed regularly.
Our HEPA cabin air filter set with charcoal are designed as direct replacements for the Model 3 (including Highland) and Model Y (including Juniper). Each filter contains activated charcoal to combat bad odors that are often associated with HVAC systems.

We recommend changing the filters at least once a year or every 10k miles. This ensures clean, odor-free air inside the cabin for the life of the vehicle.
