Tesla Model Y Pet Cover Rear Cargo Liner (Full Seatback Coverage)

We got our Model Y so that our 4-legged can have more room when we take road trips. To keep his shedding under control, the pet mat from Teslarati is perfect. It not only covers the floor, it creates walls around him so hair is kept to his area. Great material and quality. I also used the mat to carry 4 tires/wheels. With the middle seats folded down, the mat covers it all! I'd highly recommend it.

This liner works well overall. The fabric, straps and fasteners are heavy duty and hold up over time and multiple washings (I just purchased a second one for our new Model Y). Only issue is that the sides of the liner that fold up to cover the interior quarter panels tend to flop down, exposing the fabric panels in the trunk to dog hair. We have Australian Shepherds that shed huge amounts of hair and it gets embedded in the interior quarter panels. It's almost impossible to keep clean.

I received the wrong order because the Pet Protector looked like the Trunk Liner. Anyway, I sent the Pet Protector back for a refund and then ordered the Trunk Liner. So, hopefully that will work out once I receive it. I chalk this up to the layout on the website is terrible, not clear exactly which product your ordering because I ordered the floor mats (bundle) and thought the Pet Protector was the Trunk Liner.

Now this is great My golf clubs and golf cart have a lot of grass stuck to it and this helps 100% to keep the back clean. So, I give it a 5 and management 1.I don't think they will post this post this. Let's see GREAT PRODUCT

It is not made for a Tesla Y it is made for a Nissan pathfinder and a Honda pilot

Nice cover, material and fit nice. The sides are not high enough to cover the carpet on 2024 Model Y. Sadly, I misplaced the clear package and can't return it.

The cover fits like a glove and it's exactly what I was hoping for.

We have 2 Labradors and they play in mud and sand and shed constantly. We have only had the cover for two weeks but have been on two big road trips and many trips to the dog park. It is standing up well to the dirty and hair and dog nails and I can see it will clean up very well. The flap protected the back bumper is awesome and easy to use. The sides come up pretty far and that’s great. Nothing is going to totally stop the dog hair from the car but this is doing a great job.

This is super plush and matches the dog middle row seat cover. I wish it had a carrying case but folded it fits in the lower trunk compartment pretty well. Well made and it washes well.

There are a million products for cargo compartments and I've always been irritated that most SUVs don't have an easy way to protect the seat backs when you're actually using the SUV for something other than people hauling.
Seeing that there was a product out there for this, I jumped on it and made them my first purchase for my 2023 MYLR. They look great, and so far have stayed in place very well. So far, none of them have fallen off, even with a couple large dogs running amok in the back. The product quality is very good. It's not rubbery like typical all weather liners, not plastic like some of the typical OEM options. The texture and design both look and feel nice, and I believe are very functional for catching liquids (though probably only effective for smaller volumes of liquid than some other competing products). The Velcro backing is fantastic. There has been zero shifting or slipping of any of the mats.

My only real complaint is that it took a bit of trial and error to get them aligned perfectly on the seat backs so the seats were able to raise and lower without the Velcro coming loose, or the mat bunching up at the bottom.

Two things I'd like to see are:
1- matching Velcro-on covers for the sides of the cargo area. It's difficult getting dog hair off of the carpeted areas, I'd happily buy a cover for that.
2- for the 5 seat MYLR model, it would be convenient to have a 2 piece cargo cover to more easily access the smaller, forward compartment. In retrospect, it may have made more sense to have ordered the cargo protector designed for the 7 seat model, as i would imagine that would allow for easier access of that compartment.

Love it. Keeps car clean and is secure enough for 2 poodles to keep it in place. Only thing is that it makes it harder to get into trunk because it covers the loop to pull it open.

My cynical friend was showing me his wife’s car (Tesla Y) and had this in the back to take their two big labs to their lake cabin. He gushed about how easy it was to live with. So, I bought the car and the first thing I did was get the rear cover for our three dogs. We just pulled off a flawless 8 hour round trip and it worked great!

Perfect for pups, holding up well thus far!

We just purchased a new Model Y and wanted a cover to accommodate our dog and protect the interior as much as possible. We choose it after pouring over many different brands and reviews. One of the big features for us, apart from being sized for the Model Y, was the apron that can be draped over the back bumper. It fits perfectly, the zippered splits for the rear seats is great, and it has worked perfectly for our dog and the occasion when one of his buddies comes along. Highly recommended.

Fit perfectly. there are 2 zippers on the back that allow to keep teh seat back covered if you lay half the seat down. not the easiest to unzip prior to lowering the seat or rezip once the seat is up.. but I could be doing it wrong since I have only tried once. Cleaned up very easily.
